Invertigo Page 60

We have finally reached the end of Curly: Invertigo, the fifth chapter of comic and one where I learned a heck of a lot of new techniques and insights about the comic itself. I think I might have gotten better at handling the balance between humor and horror. Hopefully, the next chapter will help me improve even more and entertain you all!

Dwelling into Curly’s childhood is an interesting experience. Lil’ Curly spin-off coming up? Nah, I do not think so.

My first car was a hand me down from my grandmother. An old Ford Taurus from the ’70s or ’80s. However, I was only around 12 years old and did not start to practice my driving until I was 16. I have no clue what happened to that old hunk of junk, neither did I ever get a driver’s license since my father lost interest in practicing with me. But at least Curly does not have to keep “borrowing” cars now or drive around in the old rusty cannibal truck.

I feel like this comic really helped improve my art, some of my best scenes and compositions are from the latter half of this story. It makes me look forward to the next chapter, where I hope my artistic abilities will improve even further.
