Action, explosions, cheesy one-liners. I have to admit, it’s very refreshing and a relief to go all out once in a while. I have to admit, sometimes drawing Curly feels like a slog, because there’s a mix of stories that I really want to tell, and stories that need to be told to further the narrative and grow the characters. So, making an action-heavy story once in a while is just a breath of fresh air before we go back to bittersweet endings, gloomy settings and characters brooding panel after panel.
