Yup, Mother Leeds is old, very old. And so are her children, and the grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, etc. I wanted the Leeds’ family to feel normal, yet supernatural. Their bloodline goes back to the 1700’s, yet they now live in a private apartment building in New Jersey. I hope it comes off as weird rather than boring, though; it’s a fine line to toe.
