Assassins Creed: Valhalla is truly a massive game and it feels like no matter how many hours I play it, I’m only making a dent in the progress bar. Like seriously, I spent a whole evening running around clearing mysteries and treasures and it barely made a difference! I like the concept of upgrading the village, however, most buildings are only for feast buffs. And they threw in an Odin-focused rogue minigame? I did not see that coming, but I guess it’s fun enough. I’m a sucker for Norse mythology and read most of the stories, even if it’s with the Swedish variant that differs slightly from Snorre Sturlasson’s (Snorri Sturluson) Prose Edda.
